My journey started out like many of my clients: I struggled with perimenopause, not realizing how much my hormones, especially cortisol and insulin, were working against me. No matter how much I dieted and exercised, nothing seemed to work.
Everything changed when I learned how to support my hormones through strategic nutrition, fitness, and lifestyle shifts.
